Hello dear participant !

Welcome to our training workshop on drawing up and updating commitment plans.

I’m the teacher who will guide you through this program.

The training objectives are as follows:

  • – present the process for drawing up commitment plans;
  • – highlight the nature and scope of the correlation between the commitment plan and the cash position plan;
  • – explain the nature and scope of the correlation between the commitment plan and other infra-annual budget management programming tools such as procurement plans and annual work plans;
  • – describe the different phases and stages leading to the production of a commitment plan at both sectoral and national level;
  • – demonstrate the institutional framework within which commitment plans are drawn up, in particular the players involved, their roles and responsibilities, and the various interactions between them.

 

The course is structured into six modules:

  • – Module 1: General information on the concept of commitment plans;
  • – Module 2: Steering tools associated with the drawing up of commitment plans;
  • – Module 3: Process of drawing up sectoral commitment plans;
  • – Module 4: Process for drawing up consolidated commitment plans;
  • – Module 5: Mechanisms for updating commitment plans;
  • – Module 6: Organizational framework for drawing up and updating commitment plans.

Each module is subdivided into sequences that constitute learning units.
