About Course

Hello dear participant !

Welcome once again to our training workshop on drawing up and updating commitment plans.

After familiarizing ourselves with the general aspects of commitment plans in Module 1, in Module 2 we will look at the tools involved in producing commitment plans.

The conceptual and operational phases of the Commitment Plans (CP) interact with a number of management tools, namely the Cash Position Plan (CPP), the Contract Award and Implementation Plan or Procurement Plan (PP) and the Annual Work Plan (AWP).

The purpose of this module is to:

  • – define the concepts of cash position plan, procurement plan and annual work plan;
  • – establish the links between the commitment plan and each of these tools.

Continuing on from module 1, this module is organised around the following sequences:

  • – Sequence 7: Definition and format of the presentation of the cash position plan
  • – Sequence 8: Relationship between the commitment plan and the cash position plan,
  • – Sequence 9: Definition and format of the presentation of the procurement plan
  • – Sequence 10: Relationship between commitment plan and procurement plan
  • – Sequence 11: Definition and format of the presentation of the annual work plan
  • – Sequence 12: Relationship between the commitment plan and the annual work plan
