{"id":14651,"date":"2025-09-22T14:14:07","date_gmt":"2025-09-22T12:14:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mooc.rfp.cm\/?post_type=courses&#038;p=14651"},"modified":"2025-09-22T12:14:09","modified_gmt":"2025-09-22T12:14:09","slug":"module-2","status":"publish","type":"courses","link":"https:\/\/mooc.rfp.cm\/en\/cours\/module-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Tools for drawing up commitment plans"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hello dear participant !<\/p>\n<p>Welcome once again to our training workshop on drawing up and updating commitment plans.<\/p>\n<p>After familiarizing ourselves with the general aspects of commitment plans in Module 1, in <strong>Module 2<\/strong> we will look at the <strong>tools involved in producing commitment plans.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The conceptual and operational phases of the Commitment Plans (CP) interact with a number of management tools, namely the Cash Position Plan (CPP), the Contract Award and Implementation Plan or Procurement Plan (PP) and the Annual Work Plan (AWP).<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of this module is to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8211; define the concepts of cash position plan, procurement plan and annual work plan;<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; establish the links between the commitment plan and each of these tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Continuing on from module 1, this module is organised around the following sequences:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>&#8211; Sequence 7:<\/strong> Definition and format of the presentation of the cash position plan<\/li>\n<li><strong>&#8211; Sequence 8<\/strong>: Relationship between the commitment plan and the cash position plan,<\/li>\n<li><strong>&#8211; Sequence 9:<\/strong> Definition and format of the presentation of the procurement plan<\/li>\n<li><strong>&#8211; Sequence 10:<\/strong> Relationship between commitment plan and procurement plan<\/li>\n<li><strong>&#8211; Sequence 11<\/strong>: Definition and format of the presentation of the annual work plan<\/li>\n<li><strong>&#8211; Sequence 12<\/strong>: Relationship between the commitment plan and the annual work plan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hello dear participant !
